Camouflaged

Muse: Shilpa Kanor

An Ephmereal joy
on the face
An eloqouence
in the silence
of utmost grace

A sight that's fetching
a heart's peace
A gambolling damsel
on a land
of lease

                   Forbearing the force
of langour, so lame
A tiring effort
to resist
a familiar name

A smile that hides
the desultory pain
Eyes yearning for
a serendipity
soon again.

A jaded wish
and effervescent eyes
An eternal search
for a thousand
and one alibis.
