I have always been an avid follower of Javed Saab's Poems. Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara was a poetry in itself.
I loved the movie. Mostly because it is just what soothes my soul. Poetry in between enactments! The beauty with which Farhan narrated them, brought out the grace. The poetry encapsulates the feeling of each character. The underlying meaning or moral of the movie is very beautifully expressed in these poems. I am still looking for the complete versions of all the poems, but right now the one that lingers fresh in my mind is this one..

if there were no dreams the permanence would slowly take over and the little escapes into the terrain of subconscious existence would deli...
incidentally, a friend of mine is also completely going bonkers on those last lines spoken during the end of the bull race in the movie !!

ReplyDeleteOf course Jeb Bush culls..that was the whole point....he had to hide his crimes..and he had to get his "looooove" so there goes Arizona and Texas in a flash.

And there were videos ,too which is really going to wipe out billionaires and families in " Washington".
