Blogging Blogging!

What does one do when one is entirely stressed out?

I am. Right now. And I don't know what to do.

I asked a few of my colleagues around and I got the following answers.

A : Stress mein,...mmm...i listen to music!!
(Wow, I thought. I could do that!)

B: Stress... hum lene waalo me se nahi, dene waalo me se hai!!
(Yeah! Now i know where do I get the negative vibes from!)

C: Stress....ummm...aaah....uuhh... (I almost got the answer from the interjections!!) It's a secret. Can't tell you!
(I think I already know, what your stress buster is!!)

D: I talk to my friend! He totally de-stresses me.
(Yes. I could do that too. But people are not available these days! Stress stress everywhere, not a single soul to heed :( )

E: Stress ho toh, I go for a long walk..
(duh..yeah!)

After a brief survey I sat back on my desk and stared at the screen. I feel drab looking at the same old things. Nothing excites me.

My neighbour comes up to me and asks

"So, stress gone? or still there?"

I smile.

"See. You look fresh already!"

"Really?"

"What are you doing?"

"I am blogging", I replied.

  2. Stress quit ranks in the top ten issues of our life. Reading and music helps to unwind but they are just temporary quick fix solutions.

So any ideas to reduce/remove stress from our life ?
