1. I couldn't think of a better title for this post.
2. I didn't know whether to laugh or cry when I saw this (below)
3. I keep losing faith in IRCTC for this very reason.
4. All of a sudden, flying seems to be a convenient option.

Here it is

Love - Creeper

Boundaries stand between two hearts
Dalliance ends slowly
Love finds its way, anyway.

...Like Father Like Son!

I wonder, if this is what the future of the kid's gonna be!

He'll never know, when Play will become Work!

Philosophically yours

G: I have never known anything else apart from being honest. And like I told you before, it has cost me a lot. But I don't care!

B: The problem with you is, you have paid a price for being honest. But you don't want to take the gifts you are getting by paying the price!

G: Hahaha.. But I got no gifts!

B: You are getting one right now..

Well, indeed. You lose some to gain some. And if you ever pay a price, never forget to take atleast something for it.... umm..maybe a lesson, or another chance at diving into the enigma of life and people! ;)

BTW, Rupee may touch 70! What next?

Remembrances

Where did you go?  You left me behind.
The confetti of love and care
which showered when you took me in your refuge
the shelter from rain when the weather bared
and sang a painful prelude
But your hand held mine and it all seemed right
Then, where did you go, when the sun shone bright?

This monsoon, the pattering of rain drops on the skin
did not seem soothing enough
From under your shelter I would pull my hand out
and feel the weather so rough
You'd pull me in again and keep me safe
from the weather unkind.
Tell me, where did you go? You left me behind.

Post-Independence day thought

I had a few things going on in my mind!

1. People who blame Gandhiji for the plight of India, today, do y'all think, getting India and Pakistan together should be our next step. How and when and why is baseless now. Just the thought! The very people who condemn Gandhiji's actions and decisions, are full of hatred for Pakistanis. Remember the last wish of Nathuram Godse? - He wants his ashes to be immersed in the Indus river of re-united India and Pakistan! If his reason of assassinating Bapu was union of the two nations, why is the motive not important anymore to people who have a grudge against Mahatma Gandhi?

2. The politicians, almost 99% of them, have huge wealth. They have hundreds of crores of rupees which they have gained and kept somewhere for what no one knows. They shy way from paying taxes, and add nothing to the nation's progress. There is a Poverty line defined. How about a limit to Richness? Everyone must agree that a man needs not more than a certain amount of money to live his life, and also leave a legacy behind for this next generations. The circle should be completed, and the money should flow. Ever thought of a limit to financial status?

3. Elections are here, almost. It's been going on between BJP and Congress for a long time now - the seat, I mean. Do we have enough trust in our politicians, the new ones, so that we hand over the country in their hands? Or how about a dictatorship for India? I think, we've been menacingly democratic enough for a very long time now!

These are just thoughts. I would want to contemplate more and write, but time doesn't allow me! :)

Kite Flight

Been a while since I took off,
and glided aimlessly in the skies.
An eon has passed since dreams,
have found a refuge in my eyes.

Awake,I stare measuring the distance,
from my breath to the infinite,
I want to color the azure with my moods
and roll the threads in delight.

I wait, for my pilot to give the take off
I'd make a fluttering sound and fly,
A painting in the canvas of mind I want to  be
In the expanse of the universe, behind the closed eye.

Caught in the web

Caught in the silky strands
of Love
An ephemeral labyrinth
for me you wove
I keep getting stuck
in the web
like it was meant to be
my home
I try to find you
in the vast expanse of dust
you watch me from a distance
be entangled like me,
if you must
When the wind gently blows
and shakes the haven
away
I don't want to escape,
and wait for you to prey
you don't come to me
And
I am so stuck.
I breathe slowly
wondering
at my luck.
